Rationale and transaction

  • Sanlam GI and Jubilee Allianz in Uganda have received the Regulator’s approval to merge their businesses in the General Insurance sectors. Other regulatory and legal processes are underway to formalise the amalgamation to enable the two companies to operate as one entity.
